Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late Show Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not have enough time to complete your treatment and need to reschedule it.

First-Time Client Policy:
To secure your appointment, all first-time clients are required to send a non-refundable $50 deposit by E-Transfer to snatchedbeautylabs@gmail.com within 24 hours of booking. Failure to send the deposit will result in your appointment being cancelled. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.
